Carolyn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients, with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, the last seven as a Realtor in the Boulder Valley and across the Front Range. Carolyn specializes in working with sellers, buyers and investors, and lives by the importance of attitude, education and strong work ethic.

The hi-tech industry was Carolyn’s starting point, working for companies that ranged in spectrum from small mom-and-pop to large corporations. In 1989, Carolyn started Crilyn Systems, a network consulting company. In 1992, Carolyn and her family moved from Minnesota to Boulder for the sunshine, temperate climate and a multitude of outdoor activities.

Since 2001, Carolyn has been successfully honing her sales and marketing skills within the real estate industry. Proving that these skills, knowledge and hard work do make a difference, Carolyn has earned numerous awards within the real estate industry, including awards and accolades from her employing broker, as well as the 'Top Individual Agent' acknowledgment from Guardian Title.

Carolyn also works closely with her husband who is a general contractor, in the planning, design and construction of projects. This work can be a challenge, with Carolyn and Chris’s desire for low impact, earth-friendly construction, systems and finishes, forcing creativity and compromise in order to stay within budget while still maintaining a captivating design. Carolyn possesses a unique perspective and knowledge base that clients find not only helpful, but essential.
