Dan Estey brings over seven years of Front Range real estate experience to Four Star with over 200 closed transactions. In 2004, Dan was recognized nationally by Realtor Magazine as one of "30 under 30" real estate brokers in the country and was consistently ranked in the top 2% of national Coldwell Banker agents prior to joining Four Star.

Dan enjoys working the central Denver neighborhoods with their classic architecture and vibrancy. A large share of his clients reside in Platt Park, Wash Park, Highlands and Cherry Creek. As a former resident in the Highlands Dan restored an 1885 Victorian several blocks from Highland Square and has a keen appreciation for all the of charm and challenges these area present.

Dan is the president of the Boulder Area Rental Housing Association where he serves on the board of directors. He is also a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate having completed all of his course work in anticipation of receiving this designation in the near future. Dan holds a bachelors degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder's College of Business.
