Attached is a Rental Application, which needs to be completed in its entirety. If information is missing, an explanation must be provided.
Each person applying MUST fill out a SEPARATE application. Please return the application with cash, or a check or money order made out to Four Star for $35.00.
If you are submitting your application online, your $35 application fee can be mailed or dropped off at our corporate office in Boulder.

The $35.00 fee is non-refundable, and does not apply toward the security deposit or rent.
When you turn in your application fee, you must also include or call (303) 999-3876 with your Social Security number. The number is used to run your credit report. Your Social Security number must be received before we can process your application.

The application serves two purposes. One, it gives us general contact information, so we can reach you from now until your move in date. Two, by filling this form out,
you are giving us permission to check your rental and credit history. Four Star reserves the right to deny any applicant based on information gathered from any of these reports.
