Once the application(s) is completed, please fax it to our office at (303) 362-5593 or email it to
leasing@fourstardenver.com.
We charge a Non Refundable $35.00 application fee per person, which is due when you drop off your application(s).
If you are submitting your application online, you can follow this paypal link to pay your $35 application fee online.
Or your $35 application fee can be mailed or dropped off at our office in Denver.
Please indicate application fee and property in which it applies.
